HOW TO MAKE AUCTIONS GO SMOOTHLY

- HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR AUCTION : IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA :
- WE normally take pay pal for all auctions that are delivered to a
USA address for items under $50.00.
- OVER $50.00 we may require a confirmed address with paypal .
- Shipping charges are listed at very bottom of auction page.
- I will only accept pay pal from Alaska and Hawaii if item(s) are
shipped by priority mail or 1st class mail.
- After auction closes You should get a notice from Ebay .
- Normally I will send you an email within 7 days after you pay with
pay pal. If you do not get this then I probably did not get a payment
notice from pay pal, contact me.
- If a cancellation of the auction or "order" results from the buyer
not being able to comply with any and all of the requirements in "by
bidding you agree to accept all the following terms" the buyer
agrees to a 10% assessment at sellers discretion on any refund the
buyer may get.
- BIDDERS WHO LIVE OUTSIDE THE USA:
- firstly CONTACT ME BEFORE PAYING so proper shipping
and insurance charges can be sent to you unless auction
already gave an international shipping amount.
- For items over $50.00 Express mail shipping may be required, ask before you bid
- International paypal accepted on a case by case basis, contact
me before bidding for more information. Usually accept paypal
for items under $50.00 with a low shipping cost (weight)
COMBINING/SHIPPING
- 98% of shipments will go out within 48 hours (weekends and
holidays excluded). however, Buyer agrees to allow seller to
ship within the 7 day paypal shipping window after buyer's
payment or notification to seller is received. Occaisionally I do not get a notice from your agent paypal. When you email or call me and I look at and find your payment at paypal the 7 days starts then.
- All items are bought/won "AS IS" and "WHERE IS"
- If you won multiple items please email me so I may send a combined total. If you pay seperately I will not combine later.
- Not all items are combinable, This especially applies to international shipments. Check before you bid. We try to ship as cheaply as possible and combine whenever possible.
- International buyers who use paypal are required to ship in a manner that the delivery of said item can be verified online by PayPal. This can be waived at sellers descretion.
- All items are sold FOB McMinnville, Oregon. Flat rate shipping may include expenses other than actual postage/shipping.
- Seller will act as buyer's agent to facilitate carriage (mailing, shipping or ups). Seller is however not responsible for performance of carrier (speed of delivery). Seller will act as agent for procurrment of insurance for buyer guaranteeing delivery but not speed of delivery.
- If you want to combine items for shipment you must wait till you get a combined invoice before you pay.
- All items shipped first class or parcel post/ups where applicable at sellers discretion
- Any non USA addressed item the seller feels requires insurance will be charged the parcel post/ air pacel post rate regardless of how the item is actually shipped
- If you want shipping other than above please contact me and make arrangements
- January 15 to February 15 I am in Quartzsite and Tucson buying more goodies. The phone number above will forward to my cell phone after 4 rings. If I do not answer , I am either asleep, dead or in a dead spot. Sometimes I can not get to an internet connection daily, so do not panic if you do not get an email right away from.
- If buyer has requested combining or holding items for later shipment or any special instructions buyer waives any and all time limits in regard to delivery times with paypal or ebay.
- I have no way of connecting an email or a phone call with a pay pal notice a week or two later except my memory.
- Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless for the performance of any carrier such as UPS or USPS. Buyer further agrees to hold seller harmless for any action of any third party, such as, but not limited to ebay, paypal, buyers bank or credit card company.
- Buyer agrees that in the event of any dispute involving this auction between seller and buyer that the court of jurisdiction shall be the Yamhill county Courts, Yamhill County, Oregon.
- Buyer further agrees that a fee of $50.00 per hour, with a minimum of $50.00, for time seller may spend dealing with extraneous activities/investigations not normally associated with an auction.

- Buyer agrees to pay a $10.00 late fee if auction is not paid, at sellers discretion, after 30 days of close of auction. this is to cover in part having to reinvoice you. The auction payment buttons are only good for 30 days from end of auction. Chargebacks will incur a $35.00 fee.
- Seller reserves the right to seek remuneration for any and all damage to seller by buyer
- Feedback has become a serous matter with Ebay. Your feedback effects my business. We will seek remuneration for any erroneous, malicious, undeserved responses according to the law.
RETURN POLICY:
- Shipping/insurance are not returnable.
- No returns on used consummable items, ie:sanding belts, grinding wheels,flat laps, saw blades
- Request for Returns must be done within 7 days of getting the item.
- If an item is lost in transit a replacement will be sent where possible at sellers discretion.
- A credit can not be given for return of a second replacement shipment.
- For items that are manufactured and/or have very little variation returns will only be accepted for defect and a replacement WILL be sent when possible at sellers discretion.
- On items where grade can be variable, such as stones, gems, rock slabs, carvings spheres, eggs, etc returns are accepted without question.
- No return will be given for changing your mind or not getting an item in time for a birthday or other holiday. If you have a deadline then it is your resposibility to pick the appropriate shipping method. We ship first class and parcel post/ups where applicable by default
- In the rare event where wrong item is sent or item has a defect buyer agrees to allow seller to send the correct item
- I am not responsible for the speed or lack of it for the USPS or UPS or ?????
